Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using two tubes by Enamorte. One of the
tubes is a retired bonus tube & not available in the store.

Texture 1 by InterRose
Texture 2 by The Dana
Texture 3 by Sirius-sdz

Miz_Mask 184 by Mizteeques

Plugins:
EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow
 VM Extravaganza - Vasarely

Note: You may need to resize textures as some can run quite
a bit larger. Please check sizes as you are doing your design.

Open a 700x700 new image.
Choose two tubes to use &
also two textures as well. I am
using two found on Deviantart.

On your new image, select your
preset shape tool. Make sure that
on your Materials Palette, the Foreground/Stroke
color is hidden & that the Background/Fill
is set to black color.

Select a preset shape to use for your tag.
I am using a burst shape. Draw it out to
desired size & click on Objects - Align
Center on Canvas. Convert layer to raster.

Now, copy & paste each of the textures as a new layer which
you are using on your tag. But make sure you alternate
the layers like this:

Texture 1
Texture 2
Texture 1
Texture 2

Select one of your tubes & paste as a new layer
above the texture layers. Arrange so part of will be
inside the shape.

Select the preset shape with your magic wand tool.
Selections - Expand by 1.
Selections Invert.
Select the above layers one at a time
& press delete on your keyboard for each layer.
Select none. This should make it so you have
each layer only within the shape.

We're going to play with the blend Modes now
for our layers. For my tag, on the tube layer,
change the blend mode to hard light.
Texture 1 - Hard Light
Texture 2 - Soft Light
Texture 1 - Difference
Texture 2 - Screen

Copy & paste your 3rd texture as a new layer
below the previous layers. This will be your mask
layer. Go to Layers- Load Mask - Load mask from disk.
Merge group.

Copy & paste your 2nd tube as a new layer. Arrange it so it
is above the mask layer. I have mine on the right side of the mask.
Select your mask layer in your layers palette.
Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat -Invert
Now select the 2nd tube layer & press delete on your
keyboard. Select none.

Change the blend mode on this layer to Soft Light
or a mode of choice.

Select your font tool & a font of choice.
Choose a color from your tag for your wording.
Type out a single word & convert to raster.
I chose the word Fragmented for mine.
Position as wanted on your tag.

Apply a Gradient Glow to the word. I used EyeCandy4000
Gradient Glow - Black Halo with glow width 3.00.
Apply the plugin VM Extravaganza - Vasarely  with default settings.

Crop your tag & resize if desired.
Add artist copyright information &
name. Save as Png.
Thanks for trying my tutorial.
