Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using a tube by Enamorte.

Supply Needed:
Mask 84 by Moonbeams & Spiderwebs
here

Plugins:
CPK Designs
I-Decay
EyeCandy 4000 Glass
Greg's Factory Output Vol II

Open a 700x700 new image.
Open up your tube & image of choice.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer.
Duplicate the tube layer twice. Hide the
top copy layer for now.

On the original tube layer, apply a
Gauassian Blur 15.00.
In your layer palette, select the
top layer.

Apply the plugin CPK Designs
& apply the setting Stars with
the settings
Ray Length 220
Spike 25

Now, apply the plugin I-Decay
& the setting Accident with the
default setting. Set the Blend Mode on this
layer to Soft Light.

Select your preset shape tool.
I chose Ellipse tool so I could select
the circle shape. On your Materials palette,
hide the Foreground color for now. Choose a color
from your tube for the Background color.

Draw out your shape to a desired size. Position on
a side of your tube layers. I have mine on the right side.
Convert to raster. Select the shape with your magic wand tool.
Copy & paste the image as a new layer. Using your move tool,
position as wanted on the shape layer. Selections -invert &
press delete. Select none. Merge the two layers together.
Move this layer below the tube layers but have part of
it visible.

On the same layer, apply the plugin EyeCandy 4000 Glass.
Default setting but change the color to white for Glass Color.
I did adjust the following settings also
Bevel Width 14.96
Edge Darkening 1
Gradient Shading 19

Duplicate the shape layer once.
Now apply the plugin Greg's Factory Output Vol II
and using the setting Edge Effects with the settings
NW 192
NE 61
SE 35
SW 49
Offset 158
Strength 170
Then go to Adjust - Blur - Gauassian Blur 2.00

Add a new raster layer above the bottom tag layer.
Fill with a color of choice from your tag.
Apply the mask of choice.  Right click on the mask
in the layer palette & Merge group.
Resize the mask 93% if needed.

Choose your Text tool. Choose a font of choice that
fits your tag & a color of choice. Type out three words
of choice. I used the words Dream, Wish & Stars & positioned
them around the tag.
