This tutorial was written

Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using a tube by Rebecca Sinz
called Winter. The tube is available at
her store.

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Animation of choice. I am using one in
Animation pack 180 by Rebel Dezigns.

Plugins:
Mura's Meister Copies: Wallpaper
Mura's meister clouds

Open up a blank new image same size
of your chosen tube. I am using the
size 580x385.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer
onto the blank image. Duplicate this
layer & hide the copy layer for later
use.

On the original tube layer,
Apply the plugin
Mura's Meister Copies: Wallpaper
with default settings.

Duplicate the wallpaper layer once.
On the first layer, apply the plugin
Mura's meister clouds. Change the
setting option to smoke & the colors
labeled FG & BG to colors from your tube.
Apply this affect twice.

Now on the wallpaper layer,
change the blend mode to overlay.
Apply again the plugin
Mura's meister clouds. Change the setting
to Crack and apply. You don't need to
change colors or anything this time unless
you want to for your tube.

Add a new raster layer above your previous layers.
Fill this layer with white or color of choice from your tag.
Select this layer with your magic wand tool.
Selections -modify - expand by 4.00.
Press delete on your keyboard. Select none.
You should have a border now around your tag.
Add a favorite drop shadow to the border.

Add copyright information & name to your tag before we
head into Animation shop. It is easier to bring it over
with another layer this way.

In Animation shop (AS):
Open up your animation.
I am using
Animation 543 which is found in Animation pack 180
Select all frames of the animation
Go to animation - resize animation. I resized 45%
for the one I am using.

On your tag image, copy the bottom two layers of your tag. Paste as a new
animation in AS. Duplicate for frames by holding
Ctrl button down & repeatedly tapping L to get the
same amount of frames as the animation. For the animation I chose,
I needed 25 frames. You can find the frame count in the bottom
right corner of the program as you are pressing the buttons.

Select all on the tag layer frames. Back on your animation,
select all & copy. Now drag the first animation frame onto your first
tag frame. You can do this by clicking on the animation itself & dragging.

Do not let go of your mouse button until you have it positioned as wanted
on the tag. For mine, I arranged the animation on the bottom right part of
the tag.  Give it a few seconds and all the frames should fill in with the
animation in the same position you arranged it on in the first frame.

Now back to PSP one last time. Grab the top layers of the tag.
Repeat the above steps except this time, you are going to drag
the top tag layers onto your tag instead of the animation.

Once you have added the top layers to your tag,
select all the frames & view animation. If you are happy
& everything looks good, then save the tag as a gif.
Thanks for trying my tutorial.
